1. Purpose and Scope
Noon Archive hosts academic resources (past examination questions, lecture notes, syllabus handouts) uploaded to assist university students in their studies, initially piloting at Crescent University, Abeokuta (CUAB).
Noon Archive respects the intellectual property rights of educators, authors, and academic institutions. We do not claim ownership of uploaded academic materials. All resources remain the property of their respective copyright holders.
2. Notice & Takedown Procedure
If you are a copyright owner, lecturer, or authorized institutional representative and believe that any content hosted on Noon Archive infringes upon your copyright or was posted without authorization, please submit a written takedown notice containing the following details:
- 1. Clear Identification of the Material: The exact Resource URL, resource title, course code (e.g. CSC 201), university department, and specific file name.
- 2. Proof of copyright ownership / Authority: Your full name, institutional title, official university or organizational email address, physical contact address, and documentation establishing ownership or authorized agency on behalf of the copyright owner.
- 3. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- 4. Accuracy Declaration: A statement confirming that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of applicable law, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- 5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the authorized representative.
3. Submitting a Takedown Request
Send complete infringement notices to our designated compliance contact at copyright@noonarchive.com (or legal@noonarchive.com).
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notification, Noon Archive administrators will promptly investigate the claim, restrict access to or remove the contested material within 24–48 hours, and notify the relevant uploader or department.
4. In-App Reporting for Students & Faculty
For general quality issues, duplicate files, mislabeled courses, or broken downloads, authenticated users may also use the in-app "Report" button located directly on every resource card and details page. In-app reports are routed directly to platform administrators for immediate moderation.

Noon Archive is committed to respecting the rights of copyright holders and to acting promptly and fairly on all valid takedown requests. We will continue to update this policy in line with applicable Nigerian law and best practices.
